Hi Anup, 

I wish you the best. Keep looking for ad in Hindu paper. It used to come in Dec. I think this year also it should repeat. As for interview. Keep your intention clear. you have to be very clear about what after Japan exp also how would it help you. Let Suvetha also pour in her thoughts in the discussion.
