1.  Sources of Strength is inviting students to apply for open positions on the Peer Leader team. Applications are on your Google Classroom for Ms. Scherley and Mrs. James and are due Friday, October 4. 

2.  TLC and Huron 5 are working together to organize a Huron High School talent competition! If you have a talent that you would love to share, this competition is for you. The winning talent will win a $100 visa gift card, while the 2nd place talent will win a $50 visa gift card. To enter the competition, please share a video of you and your talent to Mrs. Lee via google drive at sl...@huronhs.com. Video submissions must be shared before the end of the school day on Monday, October 21. 

3.  Remember that there is an ART CLUB meeting today, Oct 2nd, in the Art Room.  Everyone is welcome!

4.  Attention Seniors:  Packets can be picked up in the office regarding painting of Senior parking spots.

5.  Attention Juniors & Seniors who are NOT in Mrs. Merckens' Government class right now:  There will be a political debate in our HS Gym at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 8, and Juniors & Seniors will attend and be in charge of asking questions of our Erie County candidates.  Please see your counselor's Google Classroom for more information about how you can research, submit and ask a question.

6. There will be a Student Council meeting today after school in room 202.
