WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 8, 2012

 
1.  Attention all students interested in attending a spring Model United Nations Conference:  There will be a brief organizational meeting right after school this Monday, February 13, in room 206.  Please attend and bring a friend.  See Mrs. Merckens with any questions.

2.  Seniors, the diploma lists have been posted in the Guidance office.  Please stop by and look them over. The last day to make any changes is Friday, February 24. 

3.  Be sure to buy your special Valentine flowers by Wednesday to make sure you get the color you want.  The carnations are on sale in the cafeteria for $1 a piece.

4.  Friday is the last day to turn in your EHOVE application.  Remember:  If you are at all considering attending EHOVE next year you should get in an application by Friday.  You can withdraw your application if you change your mind.

5.  The library is CLOSED today.

6.  Applications for Academic Letters are available in the office.  A student must be a sophomore, junior or senior with a 3.6 accumulative GPA to apply.

7.  Lunch choices today from the cafeteria are General Tso or Oriental chicken salad.

8.  Seniors:  Visit the Huron High School Guidance website to find several new scholarship opportunities!

9.  Auditions for this year's musical "Annie, Get Your Gun"  will be held on Wednesday, February 22 beginning at 5:30.  An Audition packet can be picked up in the choir room beginning TOMORROW.
