HURON HIGH SCHOOL
FRIDAY, MAY 17, 2013

1.  Attention all Spanish Club members:  There will be a brief meeting after school today regarding the Spring Arts Festival.  All members must attend.  If you are unable to attend, please see Senora Arambula.

2.  How do we get ready?  Beach runs and bonfires...and a whole lot more!!! Get to the sign up meeting for athletes and parents Monday at 7 pm in the high school cafeteria.  We've got a lot of fun stuff planned for the summer and the fall, and a lot of preparing to do!  See you there - Coach Megs.

3.  Mrs VanBarg would like to see the following Drawing students at the end of the period. Please come to the art room. Austin Cambell, Aaron Casey, Andrew Dowell, Ben Breay, Alec Elder, Ryan Pickett, Kellyn Litten and Derek Wray.

4.  Seniors....if you completed more than 50 hours of community service, your "Paw Print" was placed on the bulletin board in the main hall.  If you would like to take your "Paw" with you when you graduate, please stop in the guidance office to pick it up.

5.  Seniors if you have your "rules & regulation" slip please bring it down to the office.  These are now past due.

6.   Starting Monday, May 20, there will be no charging in the cafeteria - not even a lunch or breakfast.

7.  Attention all French Club Members:  There will be an end of the year meeting after school today.

8.  Attention all Art Students!  Tuesday, May 21, is the Fine Art Festival from 6-8pm.  Don't forget it is a requirement to attend the event. So join us for an enchanted evening of art and music!  Art Students should bring their cookies and refreshments any time during the school day.

 

9.  Lunch today is chicken tenders, mashed potatoes & gravy or a chicken tender wrap.
