Shea, with reference to the Connected section in the comp plan, I

Anne, while the Town Council's first televideo conference meeting
actually went quite well, improvement is always possible.  I also agree
with Councilman Ames' view that reasonable means should be provided for
public engagement, e.g., by submitting questions and responding to
real-time polls on agenda items.  The CIP should take such requirements
into account.

Sheryse, this is also a key issue for the Inclusive WG.  No one should
be excluded from participating simply because they cannot take the time
to attend F2F meetings, even when the risk of transmission of disease is
not as great as now.  Online participation should be supported, not
merely when meetings are being held but anytime that anyone chooses to
participate in deliberation of public objectives.
