Improve Efficiency and Optimise resources
1. Study the supply chain of the existing processes and find all
system inefficiencies.
2. Implement procedures to increase the number of orders that can be
processed with the available human resource.
3. Improve quality inspection performance of the hub
4. Review and modify Inspection and packaging SOPs to improve quality
and quantity of orders processed.
5. Undertake space management and optimisation project at hub.

Location: Bangalore
Stipend : 16000 pm
Duration : 2 months
