[DSM IPR]

To whom it may concern,

I hereby state under penalty of perjury that I am authorized to act on behalf of DSM IP Assets B.V. (DSM). DSM is the exclusive owner of several Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) in different countries. It holds many kinds of IPRs, such as the DSM swirl logo trademark registered, among others, in the EU, China, United States, Russia, and India under numbers EU1276740, CN25420654, CN25420667, CN25420676, CN25420644, CN25420649, US1087816, RU1087816, and IN2077119.

In addition to that, the said logo is also protected globally under national copyright laws. Any exploitation (including but not limited to the use) of DSMs IPRs must be expressly authorized by my client.

On your website operated under the domain name github-com.translate.goog, you are displaying this protected DSM logo. The use of the trademarked DSM logo on the website causes confusion as to the source, sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement of your website. I have a good faith belief that such use has not been authorized by DSM, its agents, or the law, and constitutes both trademark and copyright infringement.

The information contained in this letter is accurate and shall not affect in any way the rights, remedies, and/or defenses my client has, had, or may have for acting in this matter.
