We hereby state under penalty of perjury that we are authorized to act on behalf of DSM Corporation. DSM is the exclusive rights holder of several registered trademarks, including but not limited to the DSM logo and associated branding.
Any use of the DSM trademark or logo must be expressly authorized by DSM.
The website available at https://github.com/HiT-Hi-FiT-Hai?language=java is displaying the DSM logo and branding without any authorization. This creates a false impression of affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by DSM, which is misleading to users and damaging to DSM’ reputation.
We have a good faith belief that such use has not been authorized by DSM, its agents, or the law, and constitutes a clear case of trademark infringement.
On behalf of DSM, we hereby request that you immediately cease and desist from all use of DSM trademarks and branding, and permanently remove any infringing content from the website within 1 day of receiving this notice.

General use of the DSM name and logo on the site suggesting affiliation
Failure to comply with this request within the stated time frame may result in DSM taking further legal action.
The information contained in this letter is accurate and does not limit or waive any legal rights, remedies, or defenses that DSM may have in this matter.
