Hi Chris,
Can you upload whatever you have so far in terms of updates to the pitch deck on Dropbox? I think most of the changes that Suresh suggested were on the slides I'll be speaking to. And I'm having a rough time developing my story without seeing the visual that the audience will be looking at. I know you're going to need the maximum amount of time possible to get the deck updated, but can you go ahead and make your adjustments "on-line". Nick and I will promise to keep our notes offline so that we're not creating file conflicts. This will help me see the slides as they're progressing and lower my stress level a bit.
Let me know it's not doable. I'll do my best to develop a mental picture wherever needed.

Really good. Uploading first cut now. It's 55 seconds and includes movie maker. No end-caps.
Call me with your feedback.
It will be in a folder called App Demo - Screencast (V2) in a few minutes.

btw - this is a WMV file which I believe only runs on PC. We're presenting on a PC right?

One more heads up. In the traction section of my pitch, Noah commented that he quit MS in Sept of 2011. That was one of the items I was planning to highlight with animation.

I was able to set up the video so that it runs full screen when clicked. Good stuff.

Got it. I'm doing a simple timeline that syncs with your pitch text. the items will get added to the timeline as you talk through. It works much better and is much more engaging.
LOTS to do!
