Summary of Slide Changes Needed

Chris,

Here is a summary of the changes that we think we need to make to the slides:

On the intro slide with the skier - change text to "After a day on the mountain"

The 1 -4 step slide - is there a way to set off the 3rd item (hunt) from the others. I am going to talk to how this is the value prop for HH and where we save users time.

On the market slide - Can you turn the figures all to dollars (1.5B for action sports and 400M for snow sports)? I think you are also working on the action sports camera graph.

On the customer slide - Tom will adjust the text on this slide in separate file so as not to disrupt Dropbox. He will let you know when the adjustment is completed.

GTM - I think you are working on this. Take a look at Tom's final pitch text to see if you can come up with a visually-appealing. The layout of the text could almost stay the same if need be. We'd just need to marry the text to the pitch content.

Business Model - I think you are working on this. Look to Tom's final pitch text.

Competition - In progress. Tom is speaking to two axis - control and time savings with HH in the upper right quadrant.

Team - Change my title to "Operations" and change Tom's title to "Business Development"

Advisory board - Tom has already finished this slide in the final pitch deck

Financials - major expense item under the revenue graph for Sales and Marketing Expense. See below starting with year 1:

The Offer - Good to go

Traction - Add V1 launch to public in February of 2012. I will update my pitch notes in just a minute.

Demo - We are having trouble getting the demo to play. All we need to do is test it and make sure it's the latest version that posts to FB.

INSERT SLIDE - Before questions. Just a slide with a black background and a big ass HH hand logo. Noah will send you the asset to enlarge and put on the screen. Check out my pitch notes for what I'm planning to say.

I'm back online. Chowing down on dinner while I work. I have a meetings free day tomorrow as feedback comes in.

Tomorrow night will be tough to incorporate much feedback since we have class and then 8 AM start the next morning.
