My wife just told me about this the other day. She's also noticed that some of the major women's clothing places are starting to have *similar* products to joeybra.

In a way, I hope they succeed... no sour grapes.

I never really expected JoeyBra to get sued. Oh well... This will be an interesting case to follow.

Wow. They have some valid points, I just hope the guy doesn't have deep pockets. If he does. They are done.

Yeah, that's too bad.  Just when they start to get some momentum someone comes along and sHOOTS them down.  I think the plaintiff is British, so maybe they can just buy him off by sending some JUGS of beer across the pond. I'm pretty sure Brits like turNIPS too.  In any case, I hope the JoeBra team doesn't get all MELONcholy about this.  Starting a business is never a smooth journey.  It's full of MOUNDS and valleys.  I hope they persevere.

Bewbs,
Tom

Everyone should watch last week's Shark Tank. The last company in there is called "Party Pooch". Can you guess where I'm going? It's literally Joeybra but a garder belt strap instead. THEY GOT SHREDDED. Well worth the watch.

Tom -- incredible mail. Gotta know how long that took you ;-)

Hehe.  Thanks.  I have to credit commuting for giving me some time to think about these types of things while staring at brakelights.  That's about the only thing commuting is good for.

Do you mean thinking about boobs or thinking about witty lines?

I think we both know the answer to that question.
