Thanks for writing this up, Gabe. Good info. I think I recall some of the slide changes, but not all that you have listed. I think market, GTM, and model should come before competition.

Regarding the Customers:  Are you working on getting the bio's of some real users?  If we don't have any quotes yet, then do you know someone personally that has used it that we can call up for a quote?  We can use their name and just replace some of the "Zack" info with theirs.
