Hey Guys,

First off the plan looks Fucking excellent!!!

My school's entrepreneurship center has offered to set up a coaching session for our pitch.
We should capitalize this great opportunity do a dry run and get feedback.
Unless you guys are against it I am going try and set up the session on either Tuesday or Wednesday evening.
There is a possibility we can meet on the Eastside which would make things easier for you all.

Let me know what your availability is.
-Gabe

Sounds good Gabe.

We all need to decide asap who is going to be giving the pitch next Thursday to allow time for prep.

Thoughts?

I nominate you Tom and Nick.
I am thinking about the possibilities of doing some sort of gorilla marketing with GoPros and our program at the final... It would be something interactive where we would create people clips of themselves or something.

Your Thoughts?

Hey Gabe,

I'm not totally sure I'm clear on your idea and how it wraps into the presentation, but I'm likely to be cool with whatever you come up with.

I think Tom and I would make a good duo and worked on separate pieces of the presentation. We need to divvy up the presentation, fix the slides, and Tom and I need to figure out what we are going to say. We have that meeting with Suresh on Monday, after which we can work on the slides. Tom and I are playing some golf on Sunday morning, so I'm sure we will chat about what we are thinking.
We should probably have a group call on Sunday. Maybe 4 or 6?

Wednesday evening would probably be a better time to do a full on dry run with your coaches.

Any suggestions as to how to approach changing the slides, etc.? We could run through each of the slides from the coaching round and discuss changes and major talking points on Sunday...

Nick, noted Wednesday better for you.

No updates on the coaching times yet.

Meeting on Sunday is good I can do 4 or 6.

The gorilla marketing would not tie into the presentation, kind of how the set up video I made for the investment round did not tie into that round.
The focus would be interacting with people. I would love to get 5 second video clips of people.
I would then share the clips on twitter (remember #UWBPC12) and YouTube. All of this would be to show that Highlight Hunter works well, in fact it works so well that we can share clips from the event before it is even over.

Am I on to something? -or- Wrong place, wrong time?
What would be the trouble with doing this?
Thoughts?

I like the idea of walking through each slide and tracking changes. I can drive this effort. I would like to make all the slide changes, if possible, by Tuesday night. Notes can still be edited/adjusted as the dynamic duo see fit.

Even if Nick and Tom are doing the pitch (and I think they should), we'll still all want to be able to deliver the pitch in a pinch as backups. Yeah, maybe we won't be as good as Nick and Tom, but at least we'll have a good contingency in place.

Thanks for the vote of confidence, Chris.

I like your approach.

Gabe,

I love your idea about doing videos and creating engagement during the event. Do it for sure.

Sounds great. I double support Tom and Nick pitching.

A meeting came up for Monday @ 5.00. I will see if I can get out of it. If not, I might not be able to make it to Suresh's coaching session. I am going to do my best to get out of it.

Thanks guys.  Nick and I will do our best to make it a good one. The more practice and feedback we can get between now and go-time, the better.

Maybe we should have Nick cover all the slides in the pitch and I'll just stand behind him and say "AWW YEAH!" in a deep voice after every point he makes.  No?  Ok well, we'll come up with something.

These plans sound great to me. I'm available Sunday night for slide review and Wednesday night for coaching.

Okay.

4PM tomorrow to run through slides and come up with key talking points or key questions to address.

I'll send out the gtm later.

I have also started a document under the Final Business Plan folder to brain storm on the questions that we need to be prepared for. Feel free to add to it or modify the questions there.

Krish -- I added some answers to your doc. I also added our rude q+a from the investment round.

At a high-level, I think we can safely assume that answers should come from whoever worked on that section of the business plan. I'm somewhat of an exception so I can cover patent, strategy, corporate crap. Is there a clean division for everyone else?
