We're planning our annual HVAC vent cleaning and wanted to see if anyone else would like to join. If a few neighbors sign up, he'll give us a group rate of $150 instead of $300. We've used him before and he did a wonderful job. Let me know if you're interested, and I can schedule a day or two for you. (He also offers Dryer vent and chimney cleaning if you needed.)
