Kids stuff, some garb - to be stored elsewhere

Good afternoon,

As some of you know, we have been storing some kids activity things as well as some garb in our basement. We have about 4 bins worth, as well as some printouts about our local group that could be handed out. 

We will be extensively renovating everything over the next few months, including foam insulating our basement. We will need to store this stuffvsomewhere else.

Could someone please advise us on what to do with this? We don't have the room for it elsewhere in the house and we are trying to streamline the basement as much as we can.
