Summer Siege Meeting

Hi folks,

As weekend meetings are incredibly difficult for me to attend, Morag has agreed to let me hold a Summer Siege specific meeting before fight practice next Thursday, the 7th.  Thus, it will be at Lamoureux Park in Cornwall. 

The meeting will be at 6:00pm, followed by fight practice after.

I'd very much like it if all the people running things can make it (marshals, lunch steward, A&S coordinator, royalty lesion...).  I know I have been in contact with all of you individually, but it would be nice to have everyone (or at least most of you) in one place. 

Things I would like to discuss:

• Layout of the site (marshals, I will need your input on how much space your activities need).
  
• Schedule (we need to fit in Baronial Championships for Archery and Thrown Weapons, as well as the vigil for TH Lady Alais de Poitiers)
• Site tokens (this was discussed at the meeting Sunday, Morag proposed  making a few more of the awesome key fobs we used last year)
• Set-up and tear-down
• Gate shifts
• Loaner garb

Just a reminder that there is a meeting before practice at 6:00pm tonight.

Kaolin has suggested banners be brought and painted, so wear something you can get paint on.
