Expenses Reimburement

JSNY Vamsiji.

Just a quick reminder on a few things:

 

1. Refund incurred expenses to JET CA team members (per uploaded Google Spreadsheet) for event arrangements during HH Swamiji's visit.

2. Send a follow-up email to all attendees at various Bay area events, during HH Swamiji's recent visit.

3. Need to draft a message to all volunteers thanking them for their services.

4. Add all volunteers / devotees to an email list and update  them / involve them in upcoming/ongoing activities, including regular JET monthly Satsang events.

 

Others may add other items that I may have missed.
