So far for the Kalyanam, We have the following count - 

$101- 12

$251-10

$351 - 4

(Karthikji, please correct me incase).

We are trying to see if we can increase our ad spots on 1550 and 1170.

Kalyanji is taking care of fliers campaign during the Yesudas Event. I am going ahead with posters campaign.

All, if anyone wants posters or fliers, please let me know.

I think we should keep sending email blasts to all the groups we know.

Agree! Also, on a slightly different note, one volunteer I reached out to, said that the website was not clear in terms of indicating Kalyanam was open to everyone. Hence, she said some of her friends dropped out on attending as they felt only people who sponsored could attend. Could we make that more clear?

Yes. I agree.. Even in our email message template we should highlight the message Admission and Prasadam is free for all. We should write in bold or capital letters. 

Our fliers also don't have this message. Only Posters show that Admission is free.

Around 500 fliers were distributed today by Kalyanji, Shuba and myself @ Yesudas concert and Sunnyvale Temple. 100 fliers are put in front of the temple main entrance for devotee pickup.

We have 100 more left in spare for the event..

Most of the grocery stores, restaurants and temples in Sunnyale, Santa Clara area are covered. We kept posters, fliers in all major places. We'll see if this helps in any way.

But I think, the right message, Admission is open for all, is still not going to the public.
