Dear All, 

Congratulations to all who are part of this great historic convention team. 

Thank you all for your feedback and proposals. After reviewing all your responses, HH has blessed us to go forward with the National Convention in Orlando, Florida during Memorial Day Weekend 2014. Thanks to the our Convention Coordinator Sita garu, attached is the "Save the Date" blessed by HH. 

Things to do: 

- Pass on the "Save the Dave" to all

- Post it on websites, online groups

- Call and start advising all families and friends about the same

- Start sending your ideas on how to make the event an extremely memorable one. 

Example of ideas received so far: 

- Conduct a national Quiz Contest like we did for "History of Tirumala Contest"

- Invite Parameswar and Ramachary for a music festival

- Invite Dance, Musicians, Prajna families to perform

- Coordinators to present 20 years of service

- Get everyone to sign up to donate 1 month of salary for the next three years

Let us start acting on how we can help and contribute to this service.
