I want to convert the GV information into the MUTATED sequence, HOW I CAN USE THIS DATABASE.

sorry, but I do not understand your question. What is "GV", what do you mean with "convert into the variant sequence" (please note HGVS nomenclature advises not to use the term "mutated"). Last, what do you mean with "database"?, which database?
