Dear All,

As we know that GTU is updating and upgrading constantly now a days. It is very essential for us to match it's speed. With reference to the same, PROJECT REVIEW CARD is required to introduce to establish regularity and discipline among students. The role of internal guide is very important in terms of filling up the same card. 

Moreover, Internal review is carried out in every department. We required to prepare the report of the same in a proper manner. The format is attached with this mail along with Project Review Card.

Any other activity apart from internal review is also required to maintain in a proper fashion. The format of the same is also attached with this mail.  

Please go through all three documents and feel free to ask about any query at any time.
