Slow in large repos over time

I do not have any actual numbers to share but it feels to me like hg-git is slowing down on `hg push` on my large mono repo over time. I don't know if this is a function of changsets in the repo, or git commits.

To give an idea: pushing an amended commit can take 30 seconds. It seems like a majority of the time is taken AFTER the push (as in, I see the output from GitHub in my terminal and `hg` continues to run for a while after that).

Anyone experienced a slowdown? Is there something I can do to help gather useful information?

Can you share the output of `hg push --profile` to help pin point where that time might be spent?
