URBAN NATURE WALK - SIERRA CLUB

Join us Sunday, May 4 for a one-hour informal tour of Point Pleasant Park.
Club members will lead a guided nature walk on the birds, plants, and
trees found in Point Pleasant. Find out about the reptiles and other
urban animals hiding in Halifax's South end. We'll also discuss why dogs
and bicycles are restricted from certain areas of the park. The walk will
end with a barbecue (bring your own food, no alcohol please).

Everyone is welcome, although the discussion will be of most interest to
children and adults over age 12. Bring binoculars if you have them, and
dress for the weather. The group will meet at the Tower Road parking lot
at 2 p.m.
