I think it's still free. My program was generated by the free version.

Maybe GPT-4 will write better programs but that my entail reading
your mind. I know I had to be a mind reader to get the specifications
right.

It's free is you are willing to try multiple times or at odd hours
to get on. GPT-4 is only available to paid subscribers. My one-month
"test" with the 3.5 version allowed me to get on pretty much any time,
but I didn't renew it. I don't know it this new version is very much
better, and I'm not giving them ~$32 CDN to find out. It's your month
to "pay to play!: :-)

GPT-4 is integrated in Microsoft Bing, I've been told. I haven't
tried it yet though.
