So many jokes, so little time.
So little useful information in the reply.

You can get it on Amazon.com too, but probably the shipping will be
more than the value of the product.

Thank you. Now I will look for the location of Lee Valley Tools.
I thought Canadian Tire carried it a few years ago. What happened?
Did it go out of favor?
-Al-
We probably won't send for it by mail. She had the idea that it
might be available at a Co-Op store. I don't know where the
nearest Co-Op store may be.

OK, thanks. That I can get to. :-)
-Al-
I will mention that to her. She's a nurse, and she used to do 4-H
stuff, and train horses and dogs and cats, so she probably will
recognize the name.
-Al-
Thanks for the links. Big place. I'm not quite sure how to get to
it. Is it past the cinema and Chapters? Which side is it on?
-Al-
It is past the cinema and Chapters, and on the other side of the
street. Do you know where Kokomos and the Benjamin Moore paint store
are? I think there's a Harley dealership over there too.
KD
Answering my own post, she said that Eucerin is more expensive
than Bag Balm and doesn't work as well. She is very familiar with
it, having used it for her patients in nursing homes in the
States. The authorities down south force the nurses to use Eucerin
instead of Bag Balm, presumably because it's been tested on
humans. But according to her, it doesn't work nearly as well. She
said that nothing she's used works as well as Bag Balm for curing
bed sores.
-Al-
No. I'm miserable with finding places. But from your directions, I
know I will find this place. One thing about the Bayers Lake
Industrial Park, it's just one long road (more or less). I've
never been to the Harley place but it might be fun to drop in.
-Al-
now you know what it feels like when posters get a response from you.
Its in the same strip mall as Kokomo's,,,,,,at the end of the strip
closest to the HRM Recycling Plant and across the street from the
Sears Parts place.
I got it. Lea Valley in Bayers Lake has it. Ten bucks for a big
square tin. It's made in Quebec. My soon-to-be says it smells the
same as what she's used in the past.
-Al-
I found the place. And I only had to double back once. Apart from
an irate driver in a little red car, no problems.
-Al-
Why,,, would you assume that a US "nursing home" would "force" the use
of "lesser product" over something used to treat the teats of a
cow,,,, on their "guests"?
Hmmm,,, lets see,,, insurance (HMO) issues, family complaints etc.
LOL!
She's used both. Bag Balm just works better for healing skin
problems with older people.
-Al-
Any store that sells agriculture or vet products
>So many jokes, so little time.
Plus, I think it's a Tom Jones song...
"Bag balm, bag balm
You're my bag balm . . ."
No? ;)
db
I was using a bit of sarcasm for the obvious. :-)
The stuff is actually really good.
I bought some for DW at Lee Valley after reading that Shenia Twain
uses it for under her eyes.
If Shenia uses it,,,, that good enough for me ,,,, and DW. LOL!
Udderly silly.
-Al-
I love seeing you post. Every time you do, you prove yourself more of an
idiot.
"Answering my own post, she said that Eucerin is more expensive than Bag
Balm and doesn't work as well."
She's a nurse and has used both, yet you make it sound like she's the idiot.
You've judged it as less effective because...............
I've used both as well and find the Bag Balm to be much better for my feet.
Of course, you'll argue the point so as to try and make yourself look
smarter than a chimp.....which is doubtful.
I'm going to be very afraid the day I find one of your posts or replies
makes sense to me.

Me too, I don't always agree with Lucretia, but appreciate that she is
always clear and direct with her comments/opinions
Did you even read what I said? If you did, it is clear I understood who said
it. I was commenting on your reply to the statement. I have a tree smarter
than you.

Finally, something we agree on.
How far under her eyes? ;-0>
If it's good enough for Shenia, it's good enough for my honey.
-Al-
My AFSR tells me that you can buy it in the cosmetic dept at WallyWorld.
