KFC Vegetable Salad

Anyone remember the salad they had at KFC years back with cabbage, corn,
carrots, etc. I would love to have the recipe. my googling has so far been
unsuccessful. Can anyone help???

I don't remember any of their salads having corn in them, but you can

In a medium mixing bowl:

2 1/2 cups of cabbage shredded (use cheese grater)
1/2 cup of shredded carrot
3 stalks of celery sliced
Half a red pepper diced
100ml of frozen whole kernel corn
Half a green onion diced (if desired)
1 tsp of vegetable oil
50ml of white vinegar
1 hefty tbsp of sugar
1 hefty tbsp of mayonnaise
300ml of whipped dressing
A dash or 2 of black pepper

Mix well in bowl and enjoy!

Ya, I made it yrs ago. I just cut the vegies up and mixed with coleslaw dressing. I used peppers.carrots,cabage, corn, and celery.
Don't know why they stopped or why you can't find it on google. Coleslaw is NOT a vegie salad.
