What a bunch of maroons..

" The Earth's atmosphere won't warm up as fast in the next few decades as
climate scientists have been claiming because global warming has hit an
unexplained standstill.

Since 1998, the atmosphere hasn't heated up much as climate researchers had
predicted which has caused a group of researchers to modify their
predictions for the next few decades."

In North Korea it was illegal for a farmer to sell his grain privately.
What kind of people would support a policy like that besides a Communist
dictator?

It is not the first time over the last 150 years or so that global temperatures
has stood still while the general trend has been upward. It is quite likely that
the upward trend will resume again. Although, it would be nice if it did not.
It just shows that there is more to be learned about the factors that affect climate.
Surely knowledge is better than ignorance.

Being wrong is not the same as lying, if indeed he was wrong. It has yet to
be determined if the general trend is wrong just because a few particulars
are not quite accurate. It would be nice if indeed AGW has leveled off and
little or no further increase will occur. I'm not willing to bet on this though.
It is data, not politics, that will determine where the facts lie.
