Dear everyone.

 

I met with Claud this morning to follow up on the approving request for the facility changes made by the district.  He did meet with the head of DCS yesterday, who was not aware of the HFR/MFL work we were doing (note, back in August Dr. Catherine had requested the HFR team to present to the head of DCS on this topic to keep them up to date). 

 

Given that Happiness Katuma is away studying right now, Claud has agreed that Trust can assist us from HMIS, to review and approve the facility changes, with I hope either Esther, Walter or Ilomo from ICT.  The plan is to focus on this on Monday, and we can document any queries we have related to this so we can get back in touch with the district staff to clarify.

 

Also, a question for Scott and UCC, as to whether we can do a broadcast email to all registered users for the HFR, so for example when the changes are approved (or rejected) we can send a broadcast email to everyone to advise them to check this.

 

Please let me know if there are any questions, and who also from ICT will be able to work with Trust and I on Monday.
