Dear Walter, Esther, Ilomo,

 

I discussed briefly with Walter this morning the missing districts and councils from the HFR hierarchy that were problematic during the HFR training.  Walter mentioned that the ICT team have the current hierarchy from DHIS2, and can share with InSTEDD/UCC so that the changes can be made to the system.

 

I am emailing to see if we can send the list to this distribution), or if there is any other input from UDSM on this hierarchy that InSTEDD or UCC need to hear about so that the HFR revisions can be made.

 

Also, a reminder that we are planning for Scott and Nico (as Martin is not available at this time) to come to Dar the last week of June, to work on HFR-DHIS2 integration with UCC/UDSM and also some more technical areas of HFR and integration/public portal discussions.

 

The sooner we can get the HFR hierarchy updated the easier it will be for the councils that had issues to work on entering their data.

 

Please comment if I have mis-stated anything here and apologies in advance if have done so.

Hello Niamh
As Walter has pointed out the HMIS system/DHIS2 has the latest list of councils in the country, so It is a good starting point for making sure the MFL has the updated list of councils. I think Walter and team will share this list soon as I am not near the system now. 

UDSM will also be ready for Scott and Nico to work with on the Integration process when June comes. This is an important process as these two entities depends on each other.

Hi All, 

Yes!  We are looking forward to starting to flush this out.  Perhaps there is some preparatory work we can do to start to envision what the work flow is?  This can then help us maximize the use of our time together in Dar. 

Wilfred, would it be beneficial for us to have a preparatory call some time in the next couple weeks?  We can set some goals for working together and fill any background info as well.  Others are welcome to join as well if they are interested too.
