Client Completed count is zero

I'm monitoring 10 Raspberry Pis, and while HFM is correctly showing 9 of them have  completed a number of projects (up to 27), one of the Pis is showing zero completed and failed projects, even though it has been running for the same amount of time, and is completing and submitting projects to Folding@home (confirmed in the log file, and on the Recent CPUs website).

HFM is correctly showing project progress for this particular Pi, so it's very confusing that it's not recording that projects are being completed.

Is there anything I can do or change, to correct this anomaly?

Removing and adding back the Pi (without any completed tasks) fixed whatever the problem was.

I'm still having issues with some clients showing the completed/failed tally as 0/0, and other clients showing it correctly.
Looking on the forums, it seems a number of people are having similar issues.
Harlam357 - any pointers as to what the issue might be, and whether it is something the user can fix?

Hi DocJonz - Sorry for my slow reply. I've had to put HFM on the back burner since the beginning of the year but I should be more responsive now.

Actually, this is the first I've heard of this. Are the other reports exclusive to clients on Raspberry Pi?

Can you share a link to "the forums" where I might be able to get some more information?

When a WU fails to be inserted into the database, the failure is logged. If this is still happening, sharing the HFM.log file with me would be the first place to start.
