SCOPE Seminar on OERu's "Academic Volunteers International" starts on 5 December

The OERu 2011.11 meeting commenced work on planning Academic Volunteers International (AVI). 

The next step is to develop a framework proposal for AVI.  BCcampus will be hosting an open planning seminar to progress this work.
