Dear Catherine,
First I must apologise for not letting you know I was unable to come to your reunion. Now I must let you know that I am not choosing one of the dates you have named for late summer, early autumn. This is because I am unable to come to London for a day and would only be able to come if I were in London for a week seeing my clients. I am sure you will understand this. I wish you every success in trying to organise get together.

As not everyone could make our recent reunion, we have decided to try and organise another one for later in the year. Here is the link.
