The new 8x8 opening

I've finally gotten the article scanned and onto the theory page.

The analysis is so large that big parts had to be left out for
publication, but there's enough there to be convincing. I put
what I could into a JHex, and I'm convinced.

Presumably we'll see more 8x8 results from various places for a
while.
