Here are some possibilities (I assume the foam boards are foil-backed):

The “correct” tape is 3M 8959. That said, we all buy knock-offs. I have bought knock-offs from two vendors, but not the one you listed.
Putting a layer of foil with a layer of bi-filament on the edges is an opinion. Foil and bi-filament tape are complementary. One has good puncture, shear and tensile strength, the other is UV and heat-resistant. Foil tape will not deteriorate over many years. Bi-filament tape holds up to UV and heat over a few outings. So, do you shield the foil tape from punctures and tension with bi-filament, or do you shield bi-filament tape from UV with foil?
Nothing shields bi-filament from heat. Note that 3M 8959 bi-filament tape is a packing tape and is not intended for outdoor applications. Bi-filament’s weak point outdoors is the rubber adhesive. I’ve tried acrylic adhesive tapes and they do better, but there is no such thing as the perfect tape. 3M 8959 is fine for burning man.
