Similarity of US detention tent design to hexayurts

Just looking at these tents in this article, I wondered if the similarity to hexayurts shape had been discussed. 

shame they could not try inslated panels as the tents are are poorly insulated by comparison.

I could not find any details of price for a cost comparison
