Day 1 of my trip to CA

Start: St. Petersburg, FL

End: Hattiesburg, MS

ETA: 10 pm

Today we are leaving Florida and going through Alabama to Mississippi. It will be a 10 hour drive. It will surely be "fun". Today we are not doing anything special and we are spending the night in a Hampton Inn

Don't get captured by rednecks. I saw the movie Deliverance it's not pretty.

Before judging someone, you should always walk a mile in their shoes. Then you're a mile away from them, and you have their shoes.

Yesterday, our sleeping in late and our tire with low pressure paid its price. We didn't end up in Mississippi. In fact, we didn't even make it out of the state in FL.

Day 2 of my trip to CA:

Start: Tallahassee, FL

End: Murfreesboro, AR

ETA: 8:00 pm EST

Today we shall be driving 12 hours to make up for yesterday. However, we did make progress and are now in the time zone labeled Central. Tonight, we will be staying at Diamond John's Riverside Retreat, and we will be staying in a "Tree House Cabin". We won't be doing anything today, given the length of the trip, but tommorow we will be visiting the Crater of Diamonds State Park.

Don't fall into the crater and become one with the Earth. Bad idea trust me.

(My account doesn't post here, so I'll be "Thomas"). Why the hell are you stopping in R-Can-Saw? Crater of Diamonds has a water park, right? If so, ten thousand dollar bet you see a chick wearing something like this. Either way, you'll see a dude wearing something like this. Have fun in Redneckistan!

I forgot to post the newest ones but here's todays:

Day 5 of my trip to CA:

Start: Luther, OK

End: Lincoln, NM

ETA: 5:30

Today we are driving out of Oklahoma, through Texas, and to New Mexico. We will be very near Roswell, New Mexico, where the UFO sightings were. We are taking rather scenic routes so today should be cool.

And here's day 7, sorry again:

Start: Holbrook, AZ

End: Williams, AZ

ETA: 2:30

Today we will not be driving very far at all. Its about an hour's drive. Either today or tommorow morning we will be stopping to see the Grand Canyon. Other than that we will be seeing some interesting Indian ruins including Pueblo and Hopi. Tonight we will be staying in another hotel.

Cool, I remember being on a helicopter in the Canyon with a couple guys from Beijing and two English peps. It's about 11:30p.m. Here in Albi, France. Good luck in Cali, and hope you don't have any trouble on the way there. I got stuck at a toll booth near Toulose, France with no working credit cards and only paper Euros. Plus the toll booth operator didn't understand a word of English and took 7 minutes to get to us. Thank god I can speak a bit of French, less than a hour in France and we already royally pissed about 20 people behind us. Hope you don't have any similar problems.
