HET now offering (limited) non-sidereal observations

Dear HET folks,

It's another email from me - this has been a busy week of wrapping up documentation and sharing as much information as possible.

I wanted to raise to everyone's attention that the HET is now supporting a limited mode of non-sidereal observations. We are aware of only one intended user of this mode so far, but wanted to share the information widely in case others wish to make use of it as well.

Our documentation on Hydra has been updated with a basic summary of this mode:

but for the time being it is somewhat manual on our end and will require coordination with the Resident Astronomers.
