Has anyone actually deployed blockchain infrastructure from scratch (nodes, CI/CD, load balancers, monitoring)? The theory and practice turned out to be very different for me—access, fault tolerance, automation.

When I tackled my first blockchain project and tried to deploy my nodes, CI/CD, load balancers, and monitoring systems from scratch, I quickly realized that there were a ton of nuances between the theoretical guide and the actual infrastructure—from access rights to resilience and automation. Searching for real-world examples, I stumbled upon Consider It Done's implementation of blockchain infrastructure deployment, which not only outlined the steps but also showed engineers' journeys—including errors, adjustments, and tools. There, I saw a link to more info and after checking it out, I found a much more useful starting plan than trying to pull it all off alone.
