I’m
writing this note to tell you what’s been on my heart, along with a very big
decision I’ve made regarding my business.
With the support of my family and my upline Executive Director, Louise
Frank, I have decided to step down as Director with The Pampered Chef.
This
decision was not made lightly. I’ve been
struggling with it for the past year.
After much praying and discussion, my husband and I made the decision
based on the needs of our family, and the amount of time I am able to give to a
team.
«We will
always be a team!« I will still be your mentor and your
trainer. Just because I no longer have
the title doesn’t mean anything has changed regarding our relationship. I am still your number one supporter,
and I will always believe in you!
You
may have some questions regarding my decision, and I invite you to reach out to
me. What does this mean for my personal
business? It means that I will still
be doing cooking shows, just not at the level of a Director. I will still be talking about the
business, and building a strong team, because I believe in this company and
what it stands for. I will still
be working on earning a level of the 2015 incentive trip toward DisneyLand…. well, because why would I pass up a free trip
for four?! I will still be
attending our monthly team meetings, because I think it’s important to stay
connected to a group of people that share my passion. I hope you’ll take the seat right next to me. :)
I
feel lighter and more carefree already.
I’m excited for what the second half of 2014 will hold for me and my
family. Thank you for always supporting
me!
