Heslar Naval Armory

I am a Marine who was stationed at the armory from July, 2009, until August, 2012. The layout and history of the building became an interest for me, and I collected as much of the history as I could, which is very sparse. Sadly, there is one piece missing that may never be recovered; the stories. That is where this group comes in.

A side motive of this group and the associated site is to raise awareness of the possible future for this fairly unique building. Hopefully, sharing the information about this location will enable it to be preserved in an appropriate manner.
