I want to change my label background color in ignition perspective, if tag value varies from 0-70 i want to change background color as red if tag value is > 71 i want change as green color how to do this?
When attempting to change the outer background color, the color remains the same. I have attempted to changed the Outer Background by going to Design>Backgrounds & Border and selecting a new color and pattern and nothing happens. The color only changes when I select the pencil "edit" icon in the top left corner of the email. How can I change the outer background to a pattern? Nothing has worked thus far!
At this time, if you've used the section editor to overwrite your background formatting, then the Design tab's elements won't be seen. The only way around this is to undo until you get to the point before you applied the section editor's formatting, or to start over with a new copy of the template.
Starting over with a copy didn't work but thank you for linking your previous post about this issue. I'm going to try to upload the background as a custom picture as suggested. Hopefully that works. (Fingers crossed)

Hi @ Creedon, thanks for your reply, appreciate it, but this method creates a site wide change, whereas I'm looking to target the Blog Post page only. My aim is to have the blog landing pages with full colour backgrounds:
With my template, using the Design > Site Styles method I am limited as colour changes are site wide rather than page by page. As a work around I've entered custom code into the Blog Settings > Advanced > Page Header Code Injection section to be able to change the Header, Intro & Main background colours, which is great for the Blog main page, but it colours the internal pages:
For example: There is a Price column and if the price is > 1000 I want this cell to have a red background. I know there is a Color option on top of the table that do exactly the same. But I want to apply this rule to each table that come in this base for each number fields automatically.
I'd like to set the background color of a cell based on a pass/fail criteria. I don't really want to create a style for all the various combination, especially since axlSpreadsheetSetStyleParent() doesn't work.
Now, go to the layer with the subject you want to change the background and use the Replace Colors effect. You can choose the Affected color in this case the black background and you can choose a New color or make it transparent. Adjust the Tolerance as needed.

Ego, thanks for that link, I know this technique well, but didnt know Ctrl+I to invert selection, thats gonna be my favorite new shortcut goes to show closely i look at menu options
Carrito, another less straightforward but possibly quicker way considering its a high quality image, is to create the same sortof template by increasing the contrast and color differences, then isolating everything else from the bike with magic wand alone. Doesnt matter if colors and details get distored, its only the outline shapes you need. Before you start, make a 2nd copy as new layer, and do the color/contrast alterations to one of them, so when youve magic wanded everything but the bike, can change layer view to the clean image and hit Copy.
I am using Ubuntu 14.04 and I wanted to add some more wallpapers to it. So I copied some wallpapers to /usr/share/backgrounds. But the wallpaper changer (All settings --> Appearance --> Look) does not show the new images that I copied. What am I missing?
I think. A cause It's due to Permissions. Strangely, sometimes the Wallpapers are saved without permissions to group and others on User profile folder or Partition Data.Supposedly, the wallpapers need "Read permissions" to they, it being /usr/share/backgrounds/ a Root folder.
Hi @Richard_Sather backgrounds are still available for Boards (you can choose your background via your setting). We recently experience an issue (see details here: Background image in full screen mode not shown anymore) but it should now be resolved
We have a premium account. I am the admin. My background was there on Friday September 1st, but it is gone today, the 5th of September. I still have the option when I try to customize, but nothing happens when I choose a background. I am still able to choose between light and dark. Hope the background options issue is a bug and not something permanent. Our company leans towards board view and we do presentations quite often in board view.
