Local Office space

Hi all,

Due to a very long story that I'll regale you with at a socially distanced meet, my server is not sitting in our front room and I am looking for local office space at local prices.

Annoyingly there was a business centre "coming soon" in Foxholes industrial estate which would have been *chef's kiss* perfect but when I got in touch with the agent they tried to book my a viewing in Letchworth before admitting the provider was "no longer active" but it's still on their website, grrr (do I beleive them?):

Anyway I shall be looking at a business centre in Ware (https://www.millstudio.com/ - good exercise)

and their seems to be offices in St. Andrew's Street (https://www.instantoffices.com/en/gb/available-office-space/hertford/st-andrews-street-42155)

However If anyone knows of anywhere going local or someone who wants to share let me know. (I was offered a share in Bull Plain with one of our number way back when before the London office share came up). I will need to leave the server there on, cabled and accessible externally (either static IP or port forwarding)

Tempting to lease a ground floor in Bluecoats for 8K/pa and then looks for shares but that's rather a lot of hassle!

Thanks Jon and Steve,

Funnily that one in Bull Plain is the one I saw 10 years ago, I hope I was polite then!

And the other share in Ware, I realise I know the guy! :)

The Townhouse only had a 4 person office left at £1,400pm and the Mill House offered me a 2-person office for £2,056pm!

I shall get on and contact those shares. (St. Andrews St. haven't got back yet)
