Sorry, IMHO should have been FYI 

And FWIW I think the techies at PHE designed the Telegraph paywall. Just hit ESC before the page finishes loading and you can access anything on the site (sometimes takes a few attempts). I think there must be some JS at the end of the page that enforces the paywall.
