Hello Everyone, I hope all are enjoying these beautiful days of Summer in Boston.  I just sent one of the articles that I retrieved from the email below.  There are others that I think are very important as well.  I hope to see everyone on Monday, I am not able to walk on Saturday (prepping for daughter's baby shower in the afternoon).

What exactly are we doing on Monday? Walking? Where? Can we go to JP Pond? Also I did see that we talked a little bit about a cookout, My home is available. I think my yard is acceptable and I have the the grille. We can come up with a menu and assign each of us to bring something. Maybe get recipe ideas from what we have been sending out in emails.

Have a wonderful Thursday, I am on baby shower status this weekend. Look forward to seeing everyone next week.  By the way, Eleanor and I had a very lovely time at the Boston Harbor Hotel, the evening was beautiful, by the water with a full moon. The band was wonderful, sang everything under the sun. lol

Hi Marilyn

Yes we have a quick meeting on Monday and walk or some type of exercise. I’m down to go Jamaica pond. I’ve actually never walked it. The only thing I really wanted to discuss is the HERS Healthy Cookout. We can talk more about it on Monday. I hope you enjoy the baby shower and congratulations !!
