KKFI Local Showcase Thursday Night, which might be tonight! Yikes!

Tune to 90.1 FM, KKFI Kansas City's Community radio station at 10:00 p.m. this Thursday night, Feb.19th to hear the Local Showcase. The showcase will be hosted by my good friend Sharon Lockhart, and I will be the co-host. We will have a fantastic line up of local songwriters performing their own compositions:
10:00 Laura Lisbeth
10:30 Mark McGonigle & friends
11:00 John Mitchell
11:30 Eddie Glenn
This will be Laura's first time on the Local Showcase, and I'm so glad to finally have her on the show. She has a fantastic voice and writes great songs. Mark is, like me, a homeschool dad, who tells me that he has three brand new songs that he has worked up with his band of friends. John and Eddie are both a riot to hear and to play with. We may even be brave enough to get them both in the studio at the same time. That could be dangerous, but I think I'm willing to risk it. You won't want to miss it. No telling what might happen with those guys.
So be sure to tune in to 90.1 FM at 10:00 tomorrow night, or it could be tonight if you didn't check your email late Wednesday night. You get the idea.
