2022 - Single Handed Heron World Championships

Hi all.

Please find below the results of the 2022 results. I apologize for the late posting of the results.

We had some technical issues to resolve regarding the results along covid issues and work commitments that has meant it has been difficult to post the results earlier.

I wish to congratulate David Johnson for taking out the title for a second year in a row.

The racing was extremely close among the top 5 boats with very little separating the skippers. No more than three points separated David Johnson, Paul Armstrong South, Travis Reid, Alan Takas and Steve Imlay.

A special thanks to the club members who offered their free time to arrange and run the event over 2 days.

Also a thankyou to Zoe & Chris Sant and Chris Carey who all travelled a long distance to participate.
