Would it be possible to get a link from the app's add-on management
page back to the add-on plan selection page?
That is, a link on this page:
https://api.heroku.com/myapps/<appname>addons/zerigo_dns:basic
That points to this page:
https://addons.heroku.com/zerigo_dns
"How do I upgrade?" is one of the more common questions we're getting
asked and it seems like the above would help.
