Unable to push plans and plan details

Hey Guys,

I don't seem to be able to push new plans up using the manifest. Kensa
seems happy after kensa push but the plans don't seem to get updated?
Is this a manual process at the moment? Also can you tell me how I get
the summary for each plan up too?

Plans have been deprecated from manifests since many versions ago. Eventually, plans will be entered through the provider portal, but for now the API for submitting plans is yours truly.
