Problem in download

Hi,

I have been trying to download from drive both as an entire file and also in chunks. But,  while downloading a few of the .dat files are missing in the folder. Also, my download is incomplete.

Also, I tried to download using the command line(wget and gdown etc..) in Linux and also I tried this code. But none seems to work. Does anyone have a code to download the dataset or any other suggestion to download the dataset?

I'm having the same issue with missing .dat files when downloaded from GDrive. FTP server did not work either, it bounces back with 500 OOPS: cannot change directory
