"...HER2 positive BC from HER2 negative BC specimens evaluating only the morphological features present..."

Can we give for certain that all train/test samples are positive for Breast Cancer right?

Would it too much to ask also, would this be all Invasive BC? Or other specific sub type?
thanks!

Hi
Regarding the first question "Can we give for certain that all train/test samples are positive for Breast Cancer right? " yes, except for 325 (I email all participants a few minutes ago regarding this issue)
Regarding the type, I'll ask the pathologists and as soon as I get an answer I came back to you.
All the best
Eduardo

HI
Bellow it follows the pathologist's answer:

"All cases are positive for BC. The majority will be invasive cancer, NST (no special type, previously known as invasive ductal carcinoma) as well as other special types."

All the best
